Getting Started: The Styling Process
How do I begin the styling process?
The initial step is to book your complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call. You can find the Schedule a Style Strategy Session link under the Styling tab on our website.
Is there any preparation required for the consultation?
Yes. After selecting a date and time for your consultation, you must complete the preliminary client questionnaire. This form is mandatory and must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled call. Failure to submit the questionnaire within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your consultation and future booking restrictions.
What happens during the initial consultation?
You will have a virtual consultation with Ley to discuss your questionnaire responses, professional goals, current wardrobe challenges, and style objectives.
How do I select the right styling package?
Following your virtual consultation, we will collaboratively identify the package tailored to your specific needs. Full details on all our offerings can be reviewed on the “Styling Packages” tab.

Once your package is confirmed, Ley will immediately begin the sourcing phase, searching for items that align with your style goals and body type.
How will I receive the curated clothing items (virtual packages)?
If you select a virtual package, you will receive access to your private Virtual Closet housed within our dedicated, modern styling platform. This platform features items hand-picked specifically for you, complete with detailed recommendations and commentary on things like colors and sizing, and direct links to purchase the items whenever you are ready. Is a follow-up session included after I purchase the items?
Yes. Once your purchased items arrive, you will schedule a debrief call with Ley to review the fit, style, and integration of your new wardrobe pieces and address any questions you may have.
What is the process for in-person styling services?
If you select an in-person package, you will receive a specific scheduling link and tailored instructions for coordinating and executing the required in-person session(s).
What if I don’t see a package that has the services that I need?
If you don’t see the ideal package for you, simply schedule a complimentary Discovery Call (insert link to Calendly) to discuss a custom solution.
